Their standard is always very high, I very rarely need to ask them to return to a property to correct any mistakes or deal with anything that may have been missed. They are always very flexible in terms and administratively are very strong. They also do a lot of furniture and rubbish removal for us and also have some contractors for regular common parts cleaning. Again this is always done when expected and to a good standard.
